NORTH HOLLYWOOD RECREATION CENTER

Great place to run or jog. A track circles the park almost if not 1 mile long. On the back side the track inclines & declines not inluding a small 10 foot high hill. Lots of green grass & trees. A lot of people walk their dogs there. The park is very well kept.

I'll always like this part because the park I first brought my dog too and she loves it. But a lot of homeless people are there now and sometimes they are rude. Most of the time they just keep to themselves though. But there are squirrels there and the dogs love the squirrels!

Horrible, unprofessional and rude staff. Starting w/ their unorganized and very rude staff this place has taken a turn for the worst in the last few years. Ever since Rosie and Sean have come aboard this place has gone bad. Sean & Rosie are some of the rudest most disrespectful employees I’ve ever dealt with. These are the type of adults that ruin sports for children. I’ve watch both of them get into situation after situation w/ several parents and it never ends good. They’re both extremely unorganized, rude and very impatient. I’ve seen them disrespect several parents including those who help. They’re very dishonest and unprofessional and obviously only there for a paycheck not for the uplifting of the community or the children. Please find better people to run your program especially when children are involved.

Nice park, could be much better and a lil cleaner, too many homeless around the area so you have to be on top your kids at all times, the playground its nice, has a lot more stuff for kids to play than your regular park.

A little worn around edged, but some nice sports facilities and beautiful Amelia Earhart Library, with its splendid Moorish tile work.
