I have not actually had an appointment here yet, but the intake process over the phone was very professional and Brittany was very compassionate and even told me that she has experienced some things in her life and that it will get better, which really helps when you are feeling hopeless. Brittany told me that I should be able to get in to see a counselor within 5-7 days, which is much faster than most of the other facilities I called. So far, my experience with Northeast Health Services was very positive, and I will update this review after my first appointment.

They did my intake right over phone, got an appointment to c a counselor fast, great women, and my old counselor works here and she was wonderful also. I've just started here so that's all I can say for now.so far seems like a great place overall.. I would definitely try it out if looking for a mental health office..

oh boy, where to start?! there are definitely issues with this place and i'm not talking about the clients. Robert Marik(spelling -?), a social worker was seeing my husband. my husband regressed! told my husband he is a Dr. -a LIE! i went in to one of my husbands sessions. i was MORTIFIED! i reported him - nothing happened. i go there myself. there is confusion in the office. high turnover of employees. hmm. they do not even attempt to place you with a counselor who is a good match. first social worker i met with wanted to work with youth - i'm almost 60. she left. they assigned me to another new social worker who was wonderful. she left abruptly. now they want me to see another new social worker. i do like Dr Patel. she knows her stuff with meds, but can be harsh. i have anxiety disorder. been told to push through it. ok. ?! like i hadn't thought of THAT! i have tried. that is why i went there! secretary can be rude. they messed up my apt, i was trying to fix it and was upset - she told me to "calm down!" she was so terse. they usually overbook which can be taxing. i have waited up to 40 minutes to be seen.

Worst place I have ever been in my life. Young girl unqualified done me absolutely no good. Big waste of my time an money way too long. . Maybe if they paid better they get some decent counselors in there. Other people I know think the same thing and go someplace else.

I go to the fall river office. My therapist is amazing!!! Im going tu see the NP today. Nervous with these reviews. Will update mine after my experience with the so called Dr. They are NPs Not Mds.
