I felt like I didn't matter. My messages, if i was able to actually leave one since nobody ever answered and there seems to be no voice mail. The only time I ever was able to leave a message was during the weekend when the answering service was there, and still the message wasn't received and I never got a call back. Just a number, just an insurance payment. The therapist is paid to read from a print out off the web, and very little group participation as it's not welcomed by the therapist, almost like she doesn't want to hear it. And I'm pretty sure she doesn't. The best thing I got out of the day program was lunch, and that was a hot dog and chips. Wonder why there's such an over whelming drug relapse and death rate in Plymouth county??? Look at the lack of help they're getting from the resources provided. Pathetic. I'll go some where else, like Pembroke, where they CARE ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS and CALL them if they haven't shown up in the morning. This place sucks and is an absolute guarantee for a relapse of ANY kind, suicide, self harm or drug over dose. This lack of responsibility and care and treatment is called JOB SECURITY, which they're playing Russian roulette with our lives for their JOB SECURITY. Pathetic. Period.
