My first order! Easy to order from very nicely laid-out website; best prices I could find too. Hoping they arrive in time they estimated. So far, so good!
I purchased one of their $15,000 power washing trailers a month ago. The hub caps on the tires began to fall off the second time it was taken out. After shuffling me through different people at the store, then the manufacturer, then back to the store, they tell me it is a wearable item and not covered. I will have to pay another $160 to replace. Are you kidding me? Buy your rig from someone else if you don't want it to start falling apart the second time you use it and the company to actually care.

Ordered a special order item on Sept 29th was told it will be in, in a week. Every week I have called only to get the excuse it should be in next week. It has been in stock in there Fort Mill warehouse the whole time. Customer beware, DO NOT ORDER SPECIAL ORDER. Look for items in other stores. Customer service very low at this store.
