Walmart Auto Care Centers

Waited over an hour to tell me that they didn't have a special tool to do my oil change on my 2016 Jetta. I thought something was already up when they couldn't search for a year 2016 Jetta in the system. Never again....

For something as simple as asking if they had a battery in stock, my phone call was transferred, placed on hold and ignored. After calling twice with nobody able to take my call I gave up. Autozone answered my call and told me they had a battery in stock within minutes.

Stopped in for flat tire repair. Nothing happened for almost 2 hours. I checked where my van was at that point and it hasn't been moved at all. And there is no one at the counter to talk to.

Got great service and a battery installed. Busy place

This place is a joke. A joke on me.

Hate it!!!! Always something here. Never have enough workers working. Waited 10 minutes for someone to come to the front. Smh very sad

Just called at 5:40 and they said they can’t take me because they close at 6:30. Just to put a tire on.
