Brought car in for transmission replacement, said ready by next week. Came in on week two and was told it would be done Wednesday week 3 and paid in advance for transmission. Came in week 3 and was told they ordered a different transmission without contacting me, told to come in next week, came in week 4 told it'll be done Thursday, came in Thursday they said Monday, came in Monday week 5 told tomorrow, came in Tuesday week 5 car won't be ready until later today knowing full well I can't pick it up later and will be closed for the holiday. Will be picking up after 6 weeks of continuously checking in and baby sitting and listening to excuses. During one conversation the mechanic hinted that they were using a used transmission as there is very little room to profit on using a remanufactured transmission, leading me to believe that they purposely bought this transmission after withholding options from me in order to make more money. Front desk gentleman is always ready to make an excuse as to why it's not ready and as to why there's been no contact from the shop. I wouldn't bring anything here ever again even for a new lightbulb. Waste of time.

Fast service, these people really explained the issue with my truck and were able to get it repaired in a timely manner, getting my diesel worked on just became a lot easier I am happy to report!! Definitely go see Tom and the guys, I highly recommend them
