KNOWINGLY SUPPORTED A SCAM EVENT - ASSISTED IN RIPPING OFF PARENTS FOR THE SAKE OF MONEY! NW Washington Fairgrounds hosted Jurassic Tour - A KNOWN SCAM. They have over 80 Yelp reviews - all one star from scammed parents... but NW Washington Fairgrounds knowingly hosted this HORRIBLE event. They KNEW they were scamming the people of Lynden and nearby towns / cities but DID. NOT. CARE! In my opinion, not only is Jurassic Tour a scam - but NW Washington Fairgrounds is just as complicit in this scam by giving them a venue to host their scam. GUILTY BY ASSOCIATION! And don't give me this... "we didn't know before we let them in". Yeah - RIGHT! It's 2018 - simply typing "Jurassic Tour" into Google would have shown they are a scam organization in 2 seconds. SHAME ON NW WASHINGTON FAIR! SHAME!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Not nearly what it once was. Extremely pricey now. If you plan to spend a day be prepared to spend a hundred bucks per person at minimum. A couple hundred each if you want to watch any shows. And I would probably say a few hundred per person if you want to eat there as well. Plan accordingly if you don't have a ton of money to blow. And rides aren't very good now either. Most are broken half the time and there isn't many to choose from anyways. But there's still some interesting exhibits and animals to see... Sort of..

The best, cleanest livestock barns of all the fairs I've been to, especially the Light Horse Barn. The 4-H members in that barn are so sweet and friendly and work hard to keep he barn clean and ready for the public. Affordable family fun! Fair food costs too much, but you can bring in your own food. The grandstand shows are great, too, especially the Renegade Cowgirls drill team!
