Norwalk Premiere Theatre 8

The reclining chairs are awesome! It really brings a new experience while enjoying a movie. The only reason I gave it four stars instead of five was because of the noise from the next theater. When our movie was quiet we could hear the next theater's action. But other than that the whole experience was nice.

We love the movies, however this theater has continuous disappointed, tonight will be our last visit. We will go elsewhere, or wait and rent at home. Customer service poor, cleanliness poor, quality poor. No greeting, no uniforms.. random people working, popcorn cold, no butter, a pile high of dirty ice in pop fountain, no air condition on, theater dirty, holes in ceiling. What is going on? Please represent Norwalk... we want people to want to come here.

Pros: very comfortable reclining seats Cons: the employees are rude and have no concept of customer service and some of the food that I have tried was disgusting. A few months back I went to see the dark tower and they had us in a theater where the sound was horrible. I went out a couple times throughout the movie to complain about the sound and both times they told me that they were working on fixing it. The sound never improved throughout the movie. Although you could still hear most of the movie, the sound was distorted the entire time and there were parts where you couldn’t hear what was being said. After the movie finished, the group of people I was with went to the counter to complain about the sound and get a voucher to see it again. The employees working there were just that, employees. It was the last showing of the night and apparently the manager doesn’t stick around to close the theater. The employees proceeded to tell us there was nothing they could do and to call back and speak to the manager the next day. We also found out that they knew about the problem with the sound even before the movie started, as it had been an ongoing problem for the last week or so. The next day I called to speak to the manager but all I got was an automated machine telling me information about the theater and there is no other way to contact the theater. On that same night I had bought an order of the pretzel bites. The employee turns around grabs the frozen pretzel bites and pops them in the microwave. When I go to eat them I feel a slimy substance on quite a few of them and also notice that the majority of them are cold on the inside. That was the last time I had gone there until about two weeks ago when I went to see 🐓 blockers. There was no problem with the movie but when it ended they turned on the lights within 10 seconds of the credits rolling. It wasn’t a gradual turning up of the lights either. One second it was dark then the next it was completely bright in the entire theater. Then less than a minute later employees come in and start cleaning up around people who haven’t gotten up yet to leave which I thought was a little rude. So I get up and start making my way out of the theater and there’s another employee sweeping up trash right in the middle of the narrow hallway that leads out of the theater. As I was walking up I figured she would move out of the way, as all she needed to do was take a small step one way or the other but instead she made me stop and wait for her to finish what she was doing before I could continue walking out. I would not recommend going to this theater and I will definitely not go back until they make some changes in the staff. Oh almost forgot to add that their bathrooms smell disgusting. The men’s room on the left side of the counter always smells like rancid urine.

Nice theatre. Updated projection systems and screens. They recently refitted the seats and are now recliner styled. Comfortable and warm setting while watching a movie. They have well balanced acoustics as well. My only issue is that they upped the prices on not only tickets but snacks and drinks as well when they refitted the theatres. This is not a theatre that I would go to often. Just as a nice little treat when we don't mind spending the money.

4 stars, only because they didn't have Guitar Hero in the lobby area with the other games . 🤷🏽‍ . The experience there was awesome though! Totally love the reclining seats & how you can reserve a seat before the movie starts .
