I had Nourished for the first time today. Really impressed. I had the 3 bean chili and the kale salad. Great flavors! Enjoyed chatting with the owners, Jamie and his wife, keepnuo the good work. Definitely will be back when I am downtown again.

Delicious vegan/vegetarian food bar situated inside an office building in downtown OKC with a menu packed with clean eats. If you can't find a parking spot for the construction or lunch rush, remember that a walk is a blessing. The food is made fresh and the staff is incredibly friendly. Eat here if you want to live. :D

Honestly, I was surprised to find this little gem tucked away in downtown OKC. Very happily surprised! I just ate the very best kale salad I've EVER had (and trust me, I eat a lot of kale). The butternut soup? When I got to the bottom of the bowl I wished I'd gotten the larger one! I am trying to think of another reason that I would need to be downtown just so I can have lunch at Nourished again.

All of the food is made in house, and delicious! You leave feeling satisfied and nourished. Menu is simple but ample. Make sure to try the house made cashew cheese!

Great place. A hidden little health bar! I had the kale salad and the burrernut squash soup. Very good!
