Location is tucked away in a newly popular part of town. Parking lot is adjacent and there is some outside seating.
The shop is quiet with lots of natural light, ample seating, and plain modern decor.
A small fridge along the back wall holds about 15 different meals to choose from. The front of the shop houses equipment to make sandwiches at lunch time, along with another fridge for tea, soda, coffee.
The staff acts a little unfamiliar with how to deal with new customers, or maybe they always speak curtly.
You'll need to microwave the meal yourself. The food is colorless, bland, and has a tough texture. Nothing is labeled with a date of production or expiry. That should have been my first clue. Things are at least overcooked. Be sure to really look inside the box because the "asparagus" turned out to be green beans. Some of the meals labeled pork are really just chicken with bacon.
Prices are high considering the healthier and tastier eateries next door. They offer a discount if you buy ten meals. Don't bother.

The Fit Pig provided a great brunch! We had a wide selection of gluten free options and everything looked delicious. They have a good selection of specialty drinks as well. There are a couple of picnic tables outside, a couple high-top tables, and bar seating along the window. The staff was knowledgeable about the food options and generally friendly.

A unique experience for sure. You go in and pick pre-prepared meals and microwave them. You can eat there or take them to go. Great food though!

I love the premise if this establishment. Prepares meals for travelers as well as local grabs while sightseeing.

I wanted to love this place. But I think lines got crossed somewhere. I was given the impression that you could also stay to eat, as well as order a Bulletproof Coffee, which I was so excited about! It was the main reason I came here. Unfortunately, it wasn't meant to be. It's a grab-and-go, albeit clean sounding Paleo ish versions of take home meals, which I'd probably pick up every now and again if I lived in the area, but it seemed super empty people-wise and offerings-wise, although the girl behind the register was super nice. Their blender was broken and they may not even have the MCT oil, she informed me. No one really knew where else to get similar. I finally found it at Vintage.
