Novel South Capitol

I have lived here for nearly a year, and its by far my favorite place I've lived in the city. The amenities are incredible esp. the pool, and the units are really beautiful and spacious. During the pandemic, they've done a really good job at distancing and keeping residents safe. I would highly recommend this building to anyone!

I have lived here with my girlfriend since August. Management has handled the covid situation well and has even kept the rooftop open so we could enjoy the amenities! It’s so nice coming home to a nice front desk and a wonderful lobby. We won’t be moving anytime soon!

The novel is a great value for the rent. While the apartments are on the small side, there are a ton of amenities. Everything has been kept clean during Covid as well. The gym has everything you need and the dog park is a nice extra.

The best apartment experience I’ve had thus far! Gorgeous amenities, friendly staff, responsive maintenance, convenient location. People are always impressed by the common areas. No issues with pests or safety. Highly recommend this place!
