I recently moved into Parc Riverside after finishing my lease at a neighboring property in which I'd had huge maintenance issues. Looking for a great place to live, Parc Riverside was recommended to me by a real estate agent friend, and it was also an easy choice because I was already acquainted with other residents in the building who've always had nothing but great things to say! : This gorgeous building with beautiful apartments sells itself, but it's so much more than that! From the moment I walked into leasing I knew I was in great hands! Octavia, the absolutely incredible leasing manager went out of her way to help me find a fantastic apartment and alleviate any concerns I may have had after my difficult experience at my previous home. Chris at the front desk, and all the rest of the front desk staff in both buildings are an absolute dream team - friendly, kind, and just overall fantastic people!! Maintenance is responsive and helpful. When I did have an issue it was taken care of quickly and with kindness, and the team really did move mountains to fix the problem. I love this building! Two thumbs up and ten stars if I could! Thank you Octavia, all the awesome people who work here, and Toll Brothers, for hiring a team that really is the best of the best! I highly, highly recommend!! Thank you all!!
It has been amazing living here. Your staff has been nothing but exceptional and accommodating. Communicating with the concierges on a daily basis makes my day! They are all so courteous and friendly and helps me start my day. This is my last month here and I can’t wait to be far from gone from this place. This property is far from the “luxury” experience it bolsters. Paying nearly 4k a month for a luxury experience to have problems that consists of; non-responsive property managers requested a key fob 3 months ago, no reply, having frat parties every weekend on the roof that leaves broken glass and full of trash, only 3 of the 10 grills work with none of the lights on them working, TVs not working in any of the common spaces including the gyms, elevator always being down spouse was pregnant, holes in the hallway of the stairway taking a year to fix, people letting their dogs use the bathroom in common space outside, no parking for new residents and have to be on a wait list, and the gates on the sides being broken, the parking garage consistently having a sewage smell, and the exterior windows never getting washed so you just have dirty windows year round. The list can go on delayed maintenance responses, front desk personnel saying your package isn’t here only to have another one being able to find it shortly after. If you’re looking for a new apartment in navy yard, let alone luxury, stay far away from this residence. With all of those broken amenities you still get charged the monthly fee, denying services we paid for as residents is something that I will ensure I address with proper representation.
Leasing staff is pretty scummy. Refused to refund the 300 Reservation fee. I understand the application fee is non refundable, but they put it in writing that the reservation fee is refundable if the application is canceled within 72 hours. Just dispute it with your bank if this happens to you as my bank made it really easy to get my money back! Edit: They responded, but they never called. Surprise surprise!
Lived here for two years and when I moved out, it was the most painful thing in the world. I lived in two different apartments in those two years and I never got my security deposit back from my first rental. I got the check 10 months late and it was expired and I never saw another one. I tried talking to the leasing office, to a woman named Georgia which seemed promising until she ghosted me. Now I'm out a security deposit. If you want a hassle free process, please look elsewhere, the move in and move out was appalling.
I can only post as someone who toured. I was very interested for months. I want in a self guided tour and it took me to 3 apartments that were LIVED in. Residents got up and we had to explain. I'm sure after this those residents are upset with people touring having access. Stay away
I love my apartment and all the amenities!. Georgia and Octavia were very helpful and they go above and beyond to make sure your experience at Parc Riverside is great!
This is the most unprofessional attitude regarding leasing process. I have scheduled a tour to see the apartments, instead of that I was offered to do a “self-guided tour” with random apartments. Are you kidding me?
I’ve been on so many tours in Navy Yard this week and I happened to stumble upon Parc Riverside and casually walked in. I had no appointment but the leasing team was so accommodating. I went on tour with Octavia, she was amazing and knowledgeable of the area. She was so patient with me and my many questions. The amenities are one of kind. The staff is incredible. The building was well kept and clean. This has been the best experience looking for an apartment.
I wanted to write a review since the first couple of months I rented here August last year but I did not have the chance. Now that I will move out due to a new job location, I want to share my experience in Parc Riverside East Tower. There are problems like the occasional "elevator 1/3 is under repair", but the office sent emails about it. I have to say the staff concierge in general and administrative are great! Christian from the front desk and the Manager Georgia Simpsons are awesome!!!. They are always willing to help, even when I had the problem with PEPCO and two meters in the apartment yeah super weird!! Georgia was there to help us to connect and smooth the process with that company. There are also great events like last year Christmas Party, Free Pizza or Free Ice Cream events. The last one was the Summer Open Pool gathering. It was two hours of free food and drinks on the rooftop, and that is a great way to meet your neighbors now that COVID is let's hope over. Ohh and last but not least, the maintenance team, they are answering the tickets in a real efficient way. Once I had an emergency Pepco again and they were available at midnight!. Overall, great experience. Highly recommended! . As I said, I need to move out due to work, otherwise, I will stay here!
