What a wonderful experience from start to finish! They were very helpful and professional...I can't say enough about both the quality of the work and the helpfulness of the staff. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs work done!

My husbands truck had a window and side mirror shattered and brought it to Nybakken to have it repaired. We were told a few different times it should've been ready which all fell through but today were told that it was finally in fact ready for pickup. My husband works very long hours in the oilfields 7 days a week and so to coordinate a ride and pickup is a hassle to say the least. He was able to find someone willing to drive him the f45 minutes to Minot after work today and spoke with the shop about leaving his truck outside with the keys in it as he would not be there until after closing. When he arrived the WRONG F150 was left outside with the keys in it, and on a Friday, meaning that there would be nobody in until Monday leaving this random truck outside and my husband still without transportation. He contacted the answering service where he was told by the woman that she had no way of contacting anyone from the shop directly, she was only able of sending a fax which would not be checked until Monday anyways as it would be sent to the shop. I then called and spoke with her informing her in full of the situation and that it needed to be resolved tonight as my husband would be unable to take time off to come and pick it up to which she also informed me that she was only able to fax the shop. Only minutes after speaking to her an employee called my husband saying that she had CALLED their cell phone and that he was still in town and would meet my husband at the shop. Therefore the woman lied through her teeth to me and my husband which I think anyone can agree is extremely unprofessional. I have worked in customer service myself and as a word of advice, if youre in fact going to lie to your customers, for one, make certain you corroborate your stories, and two, and I personally feel this is the better route, inform the customer that you are unable to give out private numbers but that you will contact an employee for the customer and do what you can to resolve the situation. Do not lie through your teeth and expect a good review or repeat customers for that matter. It turns out that the window that was sent in to the shop arrived broken and that my husbands truck wont even be ready until at least this coming Tuesday. Not only was this poor communication on the shops part but inconsiderate.and extremely inconvenient for us. I will never be returning to this place of "business" and will be passing this on to everyone that we know. VERY UNSATISFIED.
