Our family had a great experience using this company! They were on time, the limo was clean and beautiful, and the driver was really nice. This limo ride was for a surprise for our son and we wanted to do a whole Home Alone 2 Experience since we were staying at the Plaza Hotel. I highly recommend them! 5+ stars!

Superb experience today with New York City Limo Service.  My reservation was confirmed right after I booked it online 5 days before landing at Newark EWR.  All information was accurate and communication was frequent including the driver name and location that was available as soon as I landed and turned on my phone. Driver was waiting at the baggage claim and retrieved it and took me directly to the car.  Biggest fun memory: I was upgraded to a beautiful white stretch limo since the Towncar was delayed getting out of Manhattan, but the stretch was at the airport.  What a delight, spotless inside and out, superb ride, felt like a movie star.  Got extra respect at the hotel entrance….  Professional driver got me to my Times Square hotel through busy foot and construction traffic with no sweat.  Fast, friendly, efficient, clarity/no confusion.  These guys are my new NYC limo service.

Absolute fantastic company hands down.  Drivers kept in touch super well and the limos were in perfect condition.  My family used their services to and from the hotel and could not have been better.  Our drivers were Vasili and Greg!!!  Ask for them.

One of their drivers made sure our little girl and her date got to their junior prom on time. And the driver followed all the directions my husband and I had to a T, and they were communicative the entire time too. They showed up early while everyone was taking pictures before the event, and they didn't charge us for waiting around. There's something truly unique about this business, and I can't put my finger on it. What's clear though is that they deliver that old-time customer service, and this is why my husband and I were comfortable having one of their team members drive our daughter around without our supervision. It's quite likely we’ll be using this service again next year for the senior prom. Should we, I'm sure my daughter, my husband, and I will all be in for another fantastic experience. New York Limo Service is excellent and that's that.

I had the best experience with this company and our driver! I booked online, as I reside in Virginia and was planning my bachelorette trip to NYC. When I needed to adjust times, they were able to do that with no problem. And our driver was so sweet. He stopped anytime we asked and made all of my girls feel cared for, and allowed us to have a blast! Highly recommend!

This is hands down the best limousine service near me. I've used it several times, mostly when I have to go to VIP corporate functions. It's hard to believe they keep raising the bar, but they do. The last time I hired them, their driver navigated some tough Midtown traffic and got me to an incredibly important meeting five minutes before I had to give a deal-breaking presentation. If my driver wasn't as good as he was, I don't think we would've made it. New York Limo Service deserves two thumbs up, five stars, an A+ rating - all of that.

I have used this service a couple times to throw bachelor parties for friends. I am the event planner in the group, and having New York Limo Service in my corporate contacts list is essential. They can accommodate all us guys with one of their stretch limos, and we can bring our bags since there's plenty of space. The stretch limo we’ve booked multiple times has a light-up bar, and we can play our own music. And of course they have the middle sunroof so everyone can get a picture popping out of the sunroof. If New York Limo Service wasn't around, I don't think we would be able to throw such great parties. The bachelor party really is the last great hurrah before the restrictions of marriage.

Use their first-rate Mercedes S-Class. It's my favorite option, which is saying a lot since I've used pretty much all of these vehicles except for their business fan. I've been a repeat customer since they opened their doors years back, and at this point they treat me like such. I have nothing but good things to say about them, and every positive comment here is deserved in my book. This coming from somebody who has sky-high standards.
