Solid product selection at relatively good prices. You may in certain instances find items they sell there for less online though at O'Hara you also have the ability to interact with what you're about to purchase in person which I find makes me more confident in making my purchase(s). They try their best to give you a welcoming, informative experience.

He has everything you need from supplies to ingredients to knowlege. He even teaches brewing classes and can offer great advice on how to improve your brew.

Patrick always has what I need. Prices are great too. Even better when you don't have to drive up or down the hill for supplies.

The best home brew supply anywhere in the Sacramento area. Imagine if Brewmeister had things organized, priced, and ten times the amount of product... you’re almost there. Then, throw in Mr. Patrick O’Hara, who’s positive and affable nature lend a welcome sense of inclusivity to his eponymous brew store. A BJCP Training bottle exchange helps home brewers develop sensory analysis skills. Also, a cup club encourages brewers to stay a while and enjoy others’ home brew. I’ll be back.. again and again. O’Hara leads the region for what a brew supply store should look like!!
