You Brew It

Great birthday for my beer loving Bride. Owner operated, make you feel at home. Great experience. We're now waiting for the beer to carbonate in the bottles. 4 days, 5 hours and nine minutes to go.

I enjoyed this place. The beer came out nicely too. There were many different kind of flavors to choose from. I also liked the beer testing while you wait. I would take something to munch or read while waiting if you are alone; however, there are games you can play with partners. Take someone you want to have a talk with because you will have plenty of time to talk to each other. It's nice place to take someone you want to get to know. I went with my wife, we had lots of fun. We will definitely go back - May be in groups.

The staff is very friendly and helpful but they do cut corners with the recipes and seem to consistently over-carbonate their beers. Even after intentionally shorting the priming sugar, I ended up with gushing bottles and a few bottle bombs. Luckily I was wearing my glasses. The groupon price may be worth it if you just want to get a taste for brewing, but short the priming sugar and don't try to get fancy with the recipe. It is clear to me that the proprietor has a love of brewing, I just wish he had a bit more craft to go with it.

Fantastic! It was easy and fun! The owners and all their staff are super friendly and helpful. You choose your flavor after you sample first and decide what you want to nake. We bought the bottles from them much cheaper than online and they had a fun easy system for bottling. Our beer is delicious! We can't wait to go back and do it again!! Worth every penny~
