Nice folks here. They really tried to help out over and above. It's a little hard to find if you're going westbound on Glendale I passed it all the time. It is right next to the clean freak Car Wash. Between the clean freek car wash and the circle K on the north side of Glendale avenue Hope that helps

Customer service was horrible the lady that was working she has glasses and black hair she’s rude and disrespectful and she likes to have attitude and her tone when she’s speaking to you If I could I’d give it no stars but you know this doesn’t let me do that but yeah I would suggest not to go there because they’re rude and the customer service is horrible

I went to O'Reilly after being extremely disappointed at Autozone. I needed an accessory socket as my son pulled mine out, the only thing wrong with mine was the fuse. Anyway at Autozone they were too busy talking to give assistance, I found only q item available, not what I needed. I finally interrupted the conversation and was told that was all they had. I left. Went to O'Reilly, immediately was greeted and assisted, multiple choices got what I needed. Thank you O'Reilly's
I use to like this store till today I want to check my battery in my truck the new guy I never see him before he don’t want to check
Employees need more training on how to approach a customer, I entered this place and there was 5 guys, but no one told me that sweet phrase " HOW CAN I HELP YOU " all they did was stereotyping me I think AUTOZONE is a better choice.
They had great customer service. I was in and out quick super efficient for me. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.
