Was just passing through on my way back down to the states and had an excellent couple of pints and a great classic meal - for which I asked the bartenders’ food recommendations and they gladly obliged. Good food came out fresh off the grill on a Saturday night for me, good beer, good atmosphere, and solid staff made it entirety worth stopping by. Would visit again if I ever come back to the area, which I might next time I come through ME. Vegetarian options: There’s a decent amount of perfectly acceptable veg options including Impossible burgers! Kid-friendliness: Kid’s menu and seems just as good as any place to go have a pint even with a kid present. Parking: Parking right by the door, seems like a good 20 spots or so that could be available at any one time, got a spot easily even on Saturday night. Wheelchair accessibility: Seemed to be easily accessible by anyone who may be less able. Dietary restrictions: Fry oil is stated on the menu to be shared between some dishes making certain specific allergies difficult. There’s enough options that if one asked about allergies beforehand, I’m sure there would be a way for them to eat well despite their sensitivities/restrictions.
Cute little upscale pub. Menu has some Korean and Irish fusion food. Sometimes the food was a hit or miss but the drinks were always good. Handicapped spots as well as accessible entrance. However, spots are tight. Parking: Tight parking as building shares other spots for other businesses. Wheelchair accessibility: Spots and entrance.
Stopped here for the first time recently for an early dinner/appetizers and drinks. The waitress was attentive and friendly. We ordered poutine, nachos & 3 mixed drinks and it was a little pricey in my opinion ~$130. However, it was a nice, relaxed environment and had pretty good snacky appetizer foods.
I am in town for a meeting with a local Doctor and her husband and she took me here for dinner. It's a bar. Don't go here for food. The place is beautiful and the beer was cold and that's about it. Our server was not interested at all in helping us and seemed very distracted. I got the Caesar salad it seemed like a safe choice with grilled chicken. The chicken was gray. I'm serious, it was gray, not brown, not light brown with grill marks...gray. I pushed it off to the side but still lost my appetite. Perhaps it was fine but why on earth would anyone take that chance. The server never came back and asked how our food was and only appeared with a check after my host and her husband finished their meal. If I lived here I would never go back. It's grilled chicken for goodness sake, do better.
Have been twice this month. First time, my bonus mum was treated like a queen! With physical limitations & weak voice, most restaurants turn to me to translate. Not Olivia! She was fantastic. Yesterday went with vacationing friends and had another incredible experience with Johnna. You've got to try this place - you won't be disappointed! Parking: Small lot well laid out. Wheelchair accessibility: Excellent with the staff willing to help and accommodate.
We were spending the week at Old Orchard and were looking for a restaurant within a short drive and away from the busyness of the downtown so we decided to check out O'Reilly's. We're so glad we did! It took us just 15 mins to get there and there was ample parking. Staff was super friendly and the service was terrific . The atmosphere was really nice... rustic with a tinge of modern. The true highlight of the experience was the food.... everything was absolutely delicious and SUPER FRESH. The haddock fish sandwich I think was literally caught in the ocean earlier that day..it was amazing. Everyone else's meal was devoured and gone within minutes of it being put on the table. If you've got kids or don't and are looking for a nice restaurant outside of OOB... check this out..you won't regret it. Kid-friendliness: Great kids menu Parking: Ample parking Dietary restrictions: GF options
I went with a bunch of my friends, great food, and it came pretty quick considering how much we ordered. Really fun atmosphere, we all ordered different things and each person enjoyed it.Food: 5/5
Noisy but well prepared and tasty food. Our server was quick on the order and delivery of the food but it was difficult to get coffee and hot water for tea refills . We couldn't catch her attention yet she would walk by our table often. The restaurant bill puts an 18% tip on the electronic bill that the server brings to the table and you pay on that if using a credit card. Lots of beer selections which change often.
Doug did a great job making sure I was well taken care of. Very attentive, engaging, entertaining, and enthusiastic waiter! The poutine was delicious! Great menu choices, with both meat and meatless options. They had a multigenerational crowd seated in the dining hall, and a respectfully lively gathering of patrons at the bar which is partially partitioned off from the low tables. The outdoor seating is adjacent to the busy Route 1 .. hmmm ... I wonder what it's like to dine out there? Maybe I'll check it out next time.
Fantastic restaurant. They were able to handle our party of 20 extremely professionally. Our servers, food and experience were amazing. Please note everything closes early in Maine, so eat early before 8PM or be SOL.
