Place is an absolute joke and a rip off. After 5 visits giving the same medication, that their “lab recommended” they still were unable to cure an ear infection! Then wanted to cut his ear canal because they can’t seem to fix an ear infection!! They then scheduled surgery and demanded FULL payment of the procedure the same day. AFTER we paid in FULL for every single appointment we ever had. The female office manager who called was obnoxious and ignorant, claiming we were “late” with our follow up appointments, which THEY scheduled after telling us the meds lasted “2-3 weeks” and our follow ups were within that time period! On one visit, the staff tried demanding we pay full price for the visit even though it was a follow up for the SAME condition as every other appointment was. Fortunately the vet agreed and told us the staff were wrong and “being ridiculous” Save your time and money and go to a reputable vet not one that rips you off like this one and has a different vet with each appointment you make. We happened to schedule a second opinion appointment immediately with a vet who said they were nuts and warned us to avoid any vet that recommends surgery for a simple ear infection in a dog that never previously had one. We are now customers of a new vet because of an ignorant nasty woman that works there and their inability to cure a simple ear infection. Their own vets don’t like how they act or treat people!

Everyone here treats my pets like they are family. They are always available for emergencies and super helpful over the phone. I highly recommend this practice.

What a wonderful office! From the front desk staff Laura and Kelly, to the tech Tina, to Dr Lisa Stoltenberg! So friendly and nice. Very thorough and accommodating .Also very clean. Answered all of our questions and concerns. My veterinarian of over 25 years has retired and I was extremely leary of finding a new Dr for our new fur baby Sasha. What a great experience! I am very pleased!

Just went today to this vet and had the worst experience. I paid 60$ for a long office visit when they didn’t even touch my dog. My dog bit someone and I wanted help with aggression control and they offered references over the phone so why did I have to pay 60$ for an opinion. The secretary said come in and get looked at even when I told her the same story. All she wanted to do was kill the dog. We just moved 2 weeks ago and he is in a whole new environment with tons of people. Had no sympathy when saying we just kill him for aggression. She didn’t touch the dog once just asked us a couple questions about his behavior. She even said she wasn’t going to do an exam without him sedated so why did I pay an exam price. 30 $ for your opinion would have been fine. I could have googled the behaviorlist my self.

Rip off! How can you charge 60$ to walk in the door. Then 90$ for a tiny vile of blood that they poked my poor dog 4 times for! All I wanted was a prescription refill. 150$ for 10 min and they prolly just tossed the vile of blood.
