I liked the store, but I found myself shopping for pet stuff on amazon more and more, just for the reviews and convenience.

It's a standard pet smart convenient and local. Doesn't have everything you are looking and pricier than Amazon, but convenient and staff is helpful.

The worst grooming department!!! I have been dealing with the same issue for three weeks in a row now. I would call on days I was free to take my cat in for her nails to be trimmed and would ask if the cat groomer was in and if she had time to do it. On three separate occasions I was told yes the cat groomer is in until 9pm and I can bring my cat in before then and she will be able to do them. So about an hour after I called I brought my cat down and they said oh sorry the cat groomer isn’t in today... this happened all three times. My cat Gets super stressed and cries horribly when we put her in the carrier and so to have to bring her out three times to never get her nails trimmed was super annoying and frustrating to be putting her through this. The manager gave me a coupon for a free nail trimming and insisted the cat groomer is in on tuesdays until 7. I called at 6 and they told me she leaves in 15 minutes. Safe to say I will never go back there because there is clearly a serious issue with how these ppl communicate with each other.

My dogs got into a fight and one got a big cut on her ear. Dad finally got home so we could take her to the Banfield pet hospital. Dad walks in ahead of me with the dog while I clean blood out of the car. I walk in and the woman at the cash register says “oh what happened to your dog?” I tell her she started a fight with my other dogs and she says “well, may want to think about training.” I haven’t cried for anything in 2 years and I was clearly distraught and covered in blood, and that was her response? Terrible.

The worst grooming salon ever ,first of all I took my dog there and the manager very rudely starts how she can’t try to take less hair off from hair she goes she needs to be cut down regardless..what kind of customer service is this? I told her you are not even saying I ll try and I ll let you know ... I took my puppy away and took her to a different place they were able to help us and they were very nice,don’t go to the PetSmart grooming in east Brunswick is the worst last time the called and told me they couldn’t finish her to bring her back the day after now they are saying who said that ... the dog looks funny I have no time to play grooming with her, that’s why I’m paying for a service WORST MANAGER EVER
