Service in this store has greatly improved in recent years. The animals look healthier and the employees are nicer and more helpful/knowledgeable. Hope it keeps going well.

Friendly and super helpful staff. Always have great activities for pets. There app has lots of good educational info.

I just got a call from Banfield and the clerk says because I din't pay at the check out 2 days ago, she will send my bill to collection dept. is this a threatening?????? I didn't know that I have to pay for a lesson how to clip nails of my puppy. I have been Banfield in Woodbridge for 4 years and clerks have been getting worse and worse. Now they DO threat their customer for 2 days late payment which I wasn't notified at that moment!!

Every time I bring one of my dogs to get groomed I have a problem. My dogs rabies shot expired 12/5/17. They can't trim her nails. Ridiculous policy. She will get her shot in January from the township. This company lost my business. Don't like wasting my time. Don't waste your money here.
