The Pet Shoppe

We bought a Wheaten Terrier Puppy from here in February 2018 and were not happy to find out that our puppy had kennel cough, as well as a parasite. As you know, these conditions are attracted from living situations and other puppies at the shop. The Pet Shoppe only covered one dose, which kennel cough usually lasts for more than 1 dosage of medicine so that was frustrating. After the first dose, the pet shoppe was not responsive and furthermore, did not even care that the puppy was still sick. Seems like they dont care about the puppies health once they make the deal. Having paid a steep amount of $2200 for our wheaten, we did not appreciate her coming home with 2 conditions that were due to Pet Shoppe's living situation. Not to mention, Pet Shoppe would not even budge $50 on asking price. Given both these scenarios, we probably should have went to a breeder.Just remember, if one puppy has kennel cough, then they all have it.

I got a beautiful, healthy dachshund from here a couple of months ago. The lady that helped me (I forget her name) was friendly, helpful and knowledgable. Also, unlike other places I have been to, she seemed to care about the animals. I liked that the dogs were socialized with other pups and not caged or kept behind plexiglass. And it was clean and the puppies looked happy. If you have had poor luck with rescues and shelters I would give this place a try.

Got our little Nikita from here a few months ago amd couldnt be happier. The staff was kind amd showed alot of love for the puppies. I had to wait a week for Nikita to be available she had kennel couch the 1st time we saw her,the pet shoppe would not send out a sick puppy so I gave a deposit to make sure she was mine and waited until sje was healthy to take her home.

Puppies look great. Friendly staff. I would get another puppy here.
