I had the experience of buying aquarium and fish from this store. Good collection of fish varieties,aquarium tanks and decorative items. The staff was also helpful in answering the questions and doubts. Few important tips were also given on how to take care of the pets that you buy.

Very clean store and easy to navigate through the aisles. They also have puppy training classes available. My favorite thing is being able to place an order online and pick it up in the store within a couple of hours, on my way home from work. Saves alot of time!

Services: 4 stars... Hoping to see dog hotel service or dogie day camp in the future. Prices: 3 stars... There is area of improvement to be more competitive. Staff: 5 stars... Most of the staff are very helpful, especially Madison.... She is great with dogs and very helpful in every way, personally we ask for her first thing when we come to try new food or inquire about a service. Cleaniness: 4 stars. Grooming service: not tested yet.

Location always stocked, they do have clinic onsite and staff could be better but overall average Petsmart experience.

WOW, SHAME ON YOU! She told me she doesn't care if i post her on my review, so here goes. What an evening i had at PetSmart in Edison, NJ. Let me start off my saying we are newly proud owners of an adorable puppy and my 6 year old couldn't be more excited. We did a quick stop at this store on our way back to the city to pick up a few goodies, great deal on toys, until time to check out. Goodness where do i start, the guy at the register was great and helpful, his manager came out to greet us and the puppy, ofcourse my son is full of excitement he just got a puppy, come on . He stood next to me playing with the puppy, seemed harmless enough. As we were about to leave, i heard this person in the photo say "he should be on a leash" with the most hateful look plastered on her face. WHAT! As god is my witness, it took everything in me to not knock her dentures out, but in disbelief i turn to her and said he's exactly acting like a child should, but for an old person to make such an ignorant comment towards an innocent child, shows your level of class. As she stood there snapping at me saying " why is he so hyper, playing with the toy" are you kidding me? I paid for over 10 toys, they belong to us. (If you hate seeing the joy in kids having fun, stay home and shop online, simple.) She posed for her photo willingly without any shame and also took pictures of me as she left the store. To prove what? That you told this women's child, he should be tied to a leash. CLASSIC! I believe she usually goes around being hateful without being called out on it. There's only so much a person could ignore. I'll NEVER witness this behavior and not defend a child. To think when we got into the car my sweet boy ask me "Mommy, why are you sad? Is it because that old lady said i need a leash? Silly, leashes are for dogs only" (Sad, a child had more common sense) To top it off she tried following me once we left the store, so i got her license plate number from Georgia, wouldn't post it, but incase i needed to call the cops i don't trust people who harbor that much hate in their heart,miserable bitter old woman. Hope you don't have kids or worst grandkids no one should look up to such a hateful person. Hope you read this and understand that there are alot of kids who are Autistic or have many different disorders, and should never be judged for it. By making pathetic uninformed comments only makes you look ignorant and frankly a bitter jerk. Hope you feel terrible about your behavior, but sadly i know you're to clueless to understand your wrong and learn from it. May god deal with you accordingly......
