This place has a modest selection for a smaller pet store. They also carry some more exotic finds in their small mammal and fish sections. Unfortunately, this place has two major flaws. First, the price is about 20% higher than what you might find online or in a big box pet store. That can be overlooked, as that's simply the price you pay for dealing in a small local store. The other flaw, which cannot be so easily overlooked, is the terrible customer service. Usually I'm willing to pay more for a local place, but the trade off is I expect better quality. This is not the case here. I've gone to the store a few times and have occasionally been outright ignored. So if you're desperate for a specific fish or small animal, this may be your only local choice. Otherwise, don't waste your time or money here.

Lisa was the best! Super helpful went in to look at a sugar glider and gave great detail and information on all the animals their! Even let my fiancé and I hold a few animals, very knowledgeable, great experience! I will be going back due to Lisa’s amazing customer service!

I wish I could give negative stars in this review, they don't even deserve 1 star. I have never experienced such awful customer service before in my life. The girl working had a lot of attitude and made me leave there feeling terrible. I am a young adult and she immediately took advantage of that. I spent years doing research with my family on hedgehogs and finally my family decided we were ready to have one. When I first walked into the store I immediately had a bad feeling, then I saw the conditions of the animals and I felt even worse. To make a long story short, I did not get a hedgehog that day. The animals look sick and the employees will try to scam you into spending way more money on items that you do not need! Save yourself the time and money and go to a more trustful place. Please read the negative reviews on this google page and really take them into consideration before you decide to waste your time and go here. Very awful place.

This place is very cool. Really nice lizards decent birds great starter birds. If you need to get your wings or nails cut for your birds they are one of the few left in this area.

Very nice pet store here. Really enjoyed looking at all the fish varieties that they have available. They even have tanks small medium and large of the same species which is really cool. Looking forward to going back when I'm ready for more fish
