Needed dogs nails trimmed, for the third time told that a groomer called out sick. Why have a walk in petpet groom service if you can't get Service! Going elsewhere, I recommend you do the same.

Very, very Nice and helpful young lady in the fish tank area. Senior lady cashier is very cranky, senior male cashier very nice.

Went there on Friday, AKA Pay Day, to spend some money. Waited in the fish department for over half an hour. No one ever came to ask if I needed help although some staff did pass me as they went in and out of the hallway where the bathrooms and lounge are. Needless to say, I drove down the road to 88 Pet World where I was taken good care of as well as the fish and plants I bought.

Purchased 2 salt water cardinal fish. Both are doing great and are enjoying there new home.

Costumer service is a disgrace!!! Feb 20th I brought 2 saltwater fish (which are pretty expensive) and asked twice if they're healthy and the guy assured me that they are. I did a 45 min drip aclamation and they seemed fine so I let them into my tank. 3 days later one was eating and the other wasn't so I soaked the food in garlic and the other ate a little but this weekend he died and the other one is full of ich... I brought the dead one back to the store with a water sample and asked for a refund. After all it's only right if my water is perfect I should get my money back or at least a store credit. But no! They thanked me for the 1000's of dollars I spent there (over time) by telling me that they don't give anything back for marine fish even with a water sample. Wow!!! I'm pissed and disgusted and they lost a good costumer...
