DO NOT GO HERE FOR PET GROOMING!!!!!! I am writing this post to inform others about what this location did to my dog, Lucy. My parents would always bring Lucy to this location when it started to get hot out to be shaved (she was a Pomeranian and LOVED being fur-less in the heat of the summer). We would pay extra for the visit for her not to be caged because she had bad experiences being locked in a cage. Just dropped off, groomed right away, and then handed back to us without being locked away. One visit they did not listen to what we asked for and they called my dad saying Lucy was biting everyone & when we got there to pick her up she was in a cage. She also dry heaving too & peed everywhere when their staff was handling her. Ever since we left that day she started to have issues with her hip. Soon after, her hip dislocated and the vet had to perform surgery to relocate her hip back into her socket. Today, about four or five years later, we had to put her down because the same hip dislocated again and she could not walk. One of my family members would have to lift her up to go outside, to go to the kitchen to eat, to do everything. Please do not go here. We trusted this place for many years up until this incident that eventually took my dogs life away. She was in AMAZING health but we could not let her live any longer laying helplessly in her own bowel movements when no one was home because she could not walk.

What an amazing experience at Petsmart. Although i was traveling in the area and this is not my local store I would gladly take the ride just to be helped and encouraged by ART who is a trainer @ the store. He gave me some helpful tips and hints for my puppy and also some great do’s and dont’s. Today was successful! Thanks Ocean petSmart

Love this store! Always have what I want, always great service. Petperks gets you discounts and coupons, and I can use manufacturer coupons too. Great store!!

I arrived at the store to purchase a new bulb for my aquarium. Went home to install it, and it didn't work. Came back a second time to purchase a new one and that one didn't work. Turns out the bulbs were returned defective and the staff restocked the items. I attempted to make a third purchase with the condition that the bulb be tested before I leave the store and the associate refused to grant my request stating she will not start opening products just so I can get a working bulb. Her name was Kimberly and they call her Kimbers. She was rude to me and this was not the first time. I've made complaints about her in the past for talking bad about other customers to me while I was shopping. Ive also complained about her lecturing me when i make fish purchases. Ive been an aquarist since I was 12 and I am now 35. I know everything there is to know about aquatic life, I don't need lectures. It's clear nothing was done as she still has the same sour attitude toward the customers. I will never shop at the pet smart in the sea view plaza again!

KEEP YOUR APPOINTMENT CARDS. Was lied to when I brought my dog in for grooming Was told my appt. was at 7:30 Am and not 8 . I showed them my appt. card and it said 8. Went to manager and he said that two groomers called out. Best groomers in the area. Please don't do that to me again ...............................
