Firstly, they give you an unknown pregnancy test and still charge you for it even though your answers to the questions of "Are you pregnant/Could you be pregnant/When was your last period" was "No/No/Now." Apparently it's "routine." Secondly, they send you a final notice in the mail when you've been making payments every month since you got the first bill, and when you call them to try and make a payment, set up a payment plan, and ask them why you're getting the notice, they proceed to tell you it's your own fault for not paying - even though the account says otherwise - and then hang up on you when you try to defend yourself and explain to them their error.

My children received services there. Son: received excellent care from staff on 4th floor, outpatient surgery, and never had to guess what was next. Daughter: delivered my grandson there. Turned into a critical situation. L&D, 4th floor, and nursery staff was excellent in care provided. Over 6 words on Wyatt and 5 was with my daughter. Care never is substandard. All staff throughout hospital including lab, ER, dietary, environmental, and other departments go beyond what is required of them. Those doing the hands-on care rock! I lived in Caledonia and would pass Baptist to drive to OCH to ensure my family got the best care!

Outstanding service. My family has used the ER numerous times for real emergencies (table saw injuries, collapsed lung, etc) and got fast, great treatment. I have had surgery there twice, and I could not be more pleased with the staff, facilities, and outcomes. OCH is the crown jewel of the Oktibbeha County community.

Have had many family members and friends over the years. I have been a patient during the past twelve months and my care was professional and compassionate. Much better than my experience with larger hospitals.
