Ochsner Urgent Care - Uptown

If going to the doctors gives you anxiety, this is the place for you! The doctors/nurses here are all very warm & welcoming. I saw Dr. Holt, she was amazing. I could openly talk to her without being overly nervous, she also thoroughly explained everything to me. I wish she could be my primary care physician!!!

I would not recommend this urgent care simply because it wasn’t clean. The floors were nasty and the bathroom not clean. The guy who triaged me was very unfriendly,left me in the room without telling me how long I would have to wait for test results.

The staff is amazing! From check in to the moment I left everyone was nice and courteous. The wait time was nothing compared to other Urgent Care Clinics in my area. Also the Nurse Practitioner I saw was very kind.

If you’re looking for a place to be seen by medical professionals quickly, this is the place. The staff is very knowledgeable and kind. Highly recommend.

The tech was very nice and understanding as as patient because I freak out of having someone putting anything up my nose because of ent appointment where scope is put down my nose.

The person in charge was marvelous. She was clear and professional, she knew exactly what to do and explained it quickly. We were very impressed with her expertise and efficiency.

Have been here a couple times and had great experiences. However, went this evening and the nurse practitioner I saw was so unnecessarily and completely rude. I will not be returning to this location simply because of her.
