Love the employees but the problem is that they need more employees working here. I’ve been sitting for more than a hour waiting on something that should’ve taken less than 20 minutes. I know the time of the day where an influx of customers come in demanding that you print an order for them, a picture needs to be properly cut or the copy machine is down but the motto should be that: you serve the customers in which the order they’ve arrived, no matter the situation. Judging from what I’ve gone through, this would most certainly turn anyone away. I will come to this location ONLY if it is imperative. My whole evening pretty much was spent sitting for my cards to be ready. I would’ve appreciated better communication from their end, it’s not their fault but just let your customers know the problems you’re having instead of keeping them waiting for a hour at a time.

This place is wonderful! My wife was out running errands and she had our 6 month old daughter with her so she was unable to carry all of the items she needed but Reggie helped her throughout the entire store and then helped her arrange all of the items into her car. Wonderful customer service!

4.5 Stars? This place is super nice, the employees are helpful—when they get over to you. The only issue with this store is the slower customer service. Don't get me wrong, the customer service is great! It's just a little slow. Don't expect to rush in and out if you request assistance in doing so.
