Office Depot

I love the amount of options you have to choose from. This store is always clean and the staff is helpful. The printing center is an excellent deal if you're in business and need quality prints, Flyers, brochures, or business cards I highly recommend giving this place to try

I would rate this store with a - 5 * if I could Actually I'm not use to rate services due to I understand that it's a hard work, but this time it's something I needed to post How is possible that one company has the Laziest workers ever in the area? working at the same location? Today Saturday March 10th, I needed 1 copy of the back of my ID, ID in order to complete the US passport at the post office ,so I went to this OFFICE DEPOT # 2705 but I just couldn't do that due to the self-service was out of ink and the other copy machine was out of paper. Went to the line waiting someone to notice 2 of us there but none did until the person in ahead of me asked the lady working there but turned back to us to help ...she took so long that i decided to approach the cashier who did not notice me either , actually he was selling products to another female employee...so I went back to try 1 more time the copy machines by myself but they did not work. I thought it was me and not employees so i went to the store next door and made some purchases , After 30 minutes I came back to the same office depot again # 2705 and guess what ? that happened again ! No one noticed me !until the Older employee (looks like a manager) just said "wait a minute " with the index finger gesture, when you do to someone when you are on the phone or very bussy on the computer (it wasn't the case ) He asked to other employee to take care of me (the one that was working back to the public before,the one that wears the reading glasses under the nose ) After I was serviced i went to the same cashier that previously did not notice me, but i had to wait until forever because he was eternally collecting money, Another employee came to my rescue to collect from me 1 single copy of an ID. (the one that was shopping earlier at the same register). Bottom line : This is a company's problem but not the employee's problem. Please treat your employees properly so they reflect the same to the customers. Please train your employees properly so they know customers are first. By the way I'm a latino man and all the employees I saw there are white,none were mixed or black, that might be the reason I was unnoticed twice in the same day. I do not want an answer from you but you better reflect in the answer.

I really like this Office Depot. There aren't many office supply/stationary/card shop, book store type places I don't like but this a bit different. Not as mega-endless as many office suppliers seem to be, it's bright and easy to maneuver. The signage is vivid and well placed. I found what I was looking for and what I wanted to look at next. I came in to use their print and mail service originally. Staff was quick, professional and not at all corporate robot. I ended up ordering business cards, bought a cart full of binders and more I had been putting off taking care of. The prices and selection are competitive, the vibe is high tech/low key.

Scott was really helpful to my husband and I get the best deal on a computer. He had all the answers to our questions. We even got a super deal on a printer! Thanks Scott!

What a terrible experience doing my school supply shopping. The staff seemed bothered the couple times I asked for help finding things on my list. Then at the register I'm told the composition books i need are limited to 3, well I needed 10 as per the list supplied by the school. I offered to pay the full price in order to get the ten. They were on sale for 1 cent but i was willing to pay the full price of a dollar just to get my shopping over. They would not do it. They had a full pallet of these books, well over a thousand. I spent almost 200 dollars on school supplies here and now have to hit other stores to finish my list. Thanks for nothing office depot.
