The UPS Store

Marco has helped me with multiple shipments, matching packing materials to the items to get the lowest rate. He's friendly and helpful on the phone and in person. Don't believe all the negative reviews because he changed his hours (!). Great locally owned business.

Another example of the pattern of how the owner of this place doesn't give a damn about his customers. A sign on the door tells us that the store is run by "one of our neighbors". I guess our neighbor doesn't really care about us at all. Their own website says that the store is open at 8:00 am. But when you arrive, the sign on the door says 9:00 AM. As was said in an earlier post, "Don't patronize this place." I took my package to the Post Office. You have to wonder how well they handle customers' packages, if they can't even bother to update their website. UPS should be ashamed the they allow such a business to operate under their name.

The website says they open at 9:00 on Saturday but the door sign says 10:00 and is correct. The helpful employee said the owner knows the website hours are wrong but apparently has no interest in correcting. Reward the owner's crappy attitude by taking your business elsewhere.

Marco the guy that helped me couldnt have been nicer & more thoughtful. He suggested a way to ship where it saved me alot of money and packed everything up for me!
