Office Depot

Needed to print 10 pages of an email, thought it would be super quick but then when I arrived I forgot that some people actually need to print anything from one page to infinity. Your visit is completely based on luck and timing. But when I got there there was a huge line, I was slightly sad because there were only two ladies working. I figured it would take forever, one person at the register was ordering business cards and the other just seemed to be deeply involved. But to my surprise they started multitasking at every opportunity they had. They were helping 4 to 5 people at once just tearing through the line. All while being attentive to each customers needs and really just being on point using judgement and product knowledge. Needless to say it was an overall awesome experience. My visit to Office Depot was strictly based off of the print, copy and shipping center.

Steve. Steve has to be the most helpful and kind employee I’ve ever met. While on the phone steve was more than helpful when finding the product I needed. Steve is a homie.

If I could give them a 0 I would... ordered business checks over 2 months ago and still did not receive them called to check on the status a month ago they said they were sent to a wrong address and sent back to the manufacture even though they had the correct info and no one taught to give me a call ... now I'm on hold for 10 mins waiting to hear the next bs answer... learned my lesson I will just order them from the bank.

Wait time at customer service desk was a little long. Broad range of services provided! All around satisfied with my experience.

The staff that runs the print and copy section are extremly helpful. Everytime I am in I have experienced wonderful customer service.
