Very helpful young lady help us use the fax today..very, very helpful

Horrible experience.   Ordered same day business cards and after 5 hours we show up and their machine is down.  We asked why no one called, they each looked at each other dumbfounded.  The manager on duty Shelly was a joke who needs training on how to not talk over people.

Two copiers not operating and the fax machine. Young lady behind the counter admitted to watching me as was trying to get copies but did not attempt to help for about 8 minutes. She then remarked that both had not been functional most of the day. So why did it take her 8 minutes and my walking to the counter for her to say something? Poor customer service.
