I arrived at 0730 for a 9am delivery. Guard said, "buy me breakfast and I can get you in early". Hell yeah! Cost me $7, but I am empty at 0930 and heading home. It pays to be nice to these people, and they will take care of you too.

I prefer office depot over any other office supply store for their customer-service

Very slow, bad communication and must have pick up number or they will not speak with you. Their rcv hours are 4am to 12noon.

Had appointment for delivery for 04:30am today. Arrived at 04:15am and the guard told me they don't have door available and I must park on the street and they will call me. Now is 06:00 and I'm still waiting. There are at least 10 more trucks blocking the street. Nice job Office Depot!
