Office Depot

Been coming to this store for over 5 years. The actual store staff is friendly overall, but Things change however should you need to be helped in the Business section- where you send faxes etc. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME I Have needed to go this dept. they are ALWAYS short staffed; ALWAYS! The employees drag their feet and are not very helpful or friendly. They always seem annoyed. You have to wait longer then it really should take. I went today and asked for a manager. He agreed that they never have enough staff, to which I replied then how come you don’t fix it?!! The Managers are poorly trained in customer service. Because if they cared, they would fix this ongoing problem. Never going back.

I can always count on this store to have the items I need for office type tasks. Awesome!

Horrible service and exorbitant prices. Clerk made me feel I was an interruption rather than a customer. Last time they'll see me.

This place was dismal this afternoon. No one in sight to assist me, no more Customer Service desk. I'm sorry to see the decline of this store. I've been coming here for the 30 years I've lived in this area, have an account, a card, all that. Today was probably the last.
