Poor customer service, it feels like they would rather be somewhere else, or they are doing you a favor. No we will be with you in a minute, they just don't pay attention to you until they are good and ready.

Always a pleasure to do business at the Sebring,Florida store. Heather, a manager does a wonderful job at running the store. Sometimes there are lines, so be patient! 😉

They do faxing, scanning and copying of documents if you don't have a home office. They do a brisk business so prepare for a wait sometimes.

Printing staff members help the people at the end of lines first. Waited in the long line for them to add paper printer in the self service copier, only to be told the USB drive doesnt work. Instead of helping me at the counter the guy quickly left to help another person in line. Poorest customer service ever. There was no options for no stars at all, thats what I would of gave this sad excuse of a store instead of one star.
