So I wanted to get some business cards made as we have an account and everything set up on the north side. Upon going in I can immediately tell that they didn’t want to do any work. The lady and the man did an excellent job at saying no to everything and I couldn’t help. But definitely they could let me use my time to go up to the other store and get everything they needed so they didn’t have to do any work. It was as simple as them making a phone call and getting an image. Now I will have no cards done at this location and all my office supplies will now be ordered from another company. I hope saying no and working hard to not work is worth it. Maybe you should try as hard on helping as you do saying no. good luck

Checked on line for an item, website said that there was one left. Drove to the store, looked where I thought the item should have been, could not find it. Was approached by a sales associate and told him what I was looking for. He checked the computer terminal in the store and it showed that they had one in stock. I'm not going to mention his name to avoid embarrassing him, but this fellow wandered the aisles like he was lost in a corn maze, then told me that obviously the item was not in stock because some one had probably stolen it. I said "Well it showed in stock on your website and in store, so maybe it's in the back?", and he said "No, EVERYONE thinks that since it shows on the in store computer terminal that we actually have it here". By this time I was a bit upset with his "too bad for you attitude" and informed him that I wasn't "EVERYONE". He then just walked away. I looked around a bit more and found the shelf tag where the item should have been, then motioned at him from across the store, with the intention of having him place a rain check on the item for me. He turned and said something to the fellow next to him, which from his manner of dress I suspected was a manager. The gentleman approached me and I apologized for my curt manner with the associate. The manager then said that he would check for the item in the back, as they had just recently received a stock truck. Amazingly enough, he emerged a few minutes later with the item in question. I would like to take the opportunity to thank him. His name is Steve and he is the Sales Manager. Very professional and courteous individual. It is because of him that I gave 5 stars and will continue to give Staples my business. By the way, I also apologized to the associate on my way out of the store, but I still feel that he didn't give his best effort in helping me initially.

If i had an option to leave no stars i would horrible service 3 employees standing at registers no one was willing to look away from theyre phones long enough to asdist anyone, manager sees me waiting for asstiance and waits for me to get agitated before attempting to do his job either worst place ever

Plenty of parking. Several stores in this small shopping center for one-stop shopping. However, Staples did not have the advertised item that I was shopping for!

The staff at Staple's were very helpful, very professional very courteous. I go there to get all my computer work done. I will continue to use staples for my tech support.
