Went to pick-up an online order that was ready. I stood in the dedicated online pick up line because I can read and follow instructions. Stood there for 5 minutes before someone acknowledged me & said they would be with me shortly. I had no issue waiting but let's have some basic customer service skills and acknowledge people. Waited some more before asking what I needed. The employee could not locate my order & when asked what the item was referred me to Tech Services to pick up the item. I patiently waited more as the woman working that area was assisted some elderly customers. When she asked, I told her I needed to pick up an online order. She called another employee who walked me up front to the regular check out to scan & sign for the item. The employee never asked to see my ID to verify just what my name was. If you are into committing fraud this store is just for you. Seems like I could have walked in and paid for the item over the counter quicker instead.

Worst experience ever. I sent a poster to print a week ago. It was going to be ready for pick up on the next day, but wasn't until today. After a week I got the notification that my order was ready and when I picked up yesterday was the wrong item. Today, after making a long line, I picked it up, but the finish wasn't right. Just 3 people working for the all store. I'm very disappointed.
