Service seemed great over the phone, but reverse gender preference takes place here. A woman with dark short hair was working the copy center, If you're a woman waiting and a man comes to the counter in need of service, he goes first! Seriously!

Ordered my business cards over a month ago with my receipt went to pick up the cards and no one could find my business cards now I have to wait for the person who made the order tomorrow to find out about my business cards very unhappy.

The associates were very helpful and knowledgeable about the products I needed. I had to return an item and the process was very easy.  Very good store to shop at.
