Their not friendly at all except this one Older gentleman with glasses!!! Overall customer service needs to improve

Asked them to do a simple task for a customized pamphlet I needed done for my business. The girl at the printing station had no idea how to do what I was asking and said she would get back to me when somebody who knew how to do this was working. Never got back to me. Called about a week later only to be left on hold for about an hour. Called back and same thing. Called a few days later about the same situation and the same girl picked up and even mentioned that she remembered me. Was on hold for about 10 minutes until another woman picked up and had ABSOLUTELY no idea what I was talking about and directed me to another department. Terrible service and the "printing department" has no idea what they are doing.
