Great place to do delivery

Bad ...Bad...Bad..We have been purchasing from these company for a long time...and always offered us terms..but we didn't need it...TODAY we called and placed an order..i asked specifically to place the order that terms were needed...the sales person told me that YES, no problem...i hired a truck to pick up the order and when the truck was there...they told him that that order is CASH ONLY...i called the management and put a claim ..they couldn't tell me who took the order.....or why they placed us under CASH ONLY....and on top of that they could not change that or give us terms...REALLY BAD...now i have to pay truck fees..because somebody wasn't responsible enough....and the worst part...THEY DON'T CARE..
