Office Depot

Great location. I had an excellent experience , customer service was key here. Lillian helped me laminate my documents and get them the right size while keeping price low, and I appreciated the attention to detail. The manager was also involved and going between sections in the store to help customers and guide his employees. I was impressed!

The service was excellent! We needed to print a program, a seating chart and a couple of signs we had created for our wedding and Emmanuel was super helpful in getting all of it done! He worked with us until we had everything printed out and did so with care, professionalism and a lot of patience. Coming from out-of-town for our wedding, we are so happy with the end result and the customer service we received when we were there!

I’ve been looking for a certain ‘refillable’ telephone/address book for 3 months. Too much work to update/correct an purchase a new one annually. After visiting 3 other office supply stores, I decided to drive to Pembroke Pines. After 30-45 minuets I gave up and decided to make one myself to meet my specific needs. I saw something close but no refills. That’s when I met Lillian who is also called Lily (she was in the printing area). I explained my situation and her response was one I had not heard before, “let’s figure this out!” It took a few tries to get it perfect, but she really did it! We/she figured it out! After sharing my story with my mom, I went back to Lily to make a 2nd one! It takes a lot to ‘wow’ me in the area of customer service, but Lily exceeded my expectations. This location will ALWAYS be my go-to store for all and any office and home office needs.

Needed a SSD because mine took a dump. Best Buy wasn't open so I figured I'd try Office Depot. Thay had exactly what I needed and 10x better service than I usually get at Best Buy. *Bought a laptop today. Another great experience. Thank you.

Nothing to write home about, but wasn't bad either. Employees are helpful.
