Office Depot

Too bad you can't copy and print customer service. Every order done at this store- from things as simple as color copies to laminated posters- has been executed with the precision and timeliness of a blind goldfish. I get it, you're underpaid and overworked. I work in retail too and it's hard to care. But jeeze, the standard is sooo low here. They're literally riding on the fact that they're one of the only big copy/print centers on this side of town. Just take the drive to Staples which might be a bit more expensive but at least it'll be done right.

Services generally slow. Today there's no color toner and when I asked her if there's anywhere nearby she'll only mention the only other Office Depot in town which is miles away. I know there are print shops Closer by, and when your own stuff isn't working and someone ask for something nearby you should be willing to recommend a competitor. The photo copiers were also not working correctly.

Needed to send a fax. Ooffice Depot had a very old machine in corner- $2.49 per page. 10-page fax almost $30. No customer service whatsoever

The chick at the copy/print center was nice and helpful, but most of my experiences here lately have been typical of modern retail: allegedly underpaid employees who don't care any more, and don't have the time to help the customer. The guy who "helped" me find a Logitech mouse in the computer department just really did not seem enthused at all about helping me. I think he spoke a total of three words to me in the 10 minutes of our interaction.
