I’ve read so many bad reviews about this particular Office Depot that I thought I would share my experience in November 2017. I was returning an office chair that was too small. I called them first to see if they wanted the empty box the chair came in. They did. Carried the box in and explained that I was returning a chair that had been in the box. The lady was very friendly and said she would go out to my car and get the chair. She brought it in and had a young man working the checkout process the credit. Both employees were very courteous and helpful. As a happy customer, I will continue to shop there in the future❗️

I am a business owner so I am giving 4 stars , because they really try, The printing department takes an extremely long time to get your work back, They are a little cheaper the FEd ex. I have done business here for three years. But tired of waiting for my carbonless forms for up to two weeks , when i need them yesterday. I think they should add a bigger printing shop with twice the employees. The wait time even to pick them up can be way too long as well.

unquestionably the rudest customer service of all time....copy associate literally rolled his eyes and refused to help us. "supervisor" was nearby and literally ignored the situation. terrible!!!!
