Great office supplies and friendly and knowledgeable sales associate. The store is located in a shopping center that has multiple options for satisfying your shopping needs. As for this trip, this was an option to do a "touch" before you buy, something I like to do sometimes when it comes to certain office related equipment. There are multiple choices of providers but when you find a brand you love you stick with it but upgrade to their next level product. Aside from equipment there are plenty of school and basic work essentials. They are offering price matching...something of great value when you are comparison shopping and want to get the bang for your bucks! One great thing too is their discount program for teachers and educators - this is a great offset for the people providing beyond the chalkboard efforts for the children. I would have rated them higher but for an extended wait to get an override done that my pleasant sales associate needed approved. Despite the wait, the trip was worth it for the upgrade I needed and I got to meet a very nice and helpful associate. 😎

This has been the worst experience ever Wanted a business card printed It took them 1 hr to print just ten pages After a long wait they cut it all messed up An employee named Jeremy looked at our card and goes who cut your card like that? That’s how bad it was Another two hours just for 100 business cards Don’t go They even said collierville would have done it faster

Winchester location helped me out tremendously; I was tired from a long day and expected a big hassle with church programs but the agent was very welcoming,and suggestive as to how I could save money.

They have some good stuff on sale. But the salesperson was too busy checking his SMS in the middle of the check out process. Unprofessional.

Bad customer service. Lazy people didn't greet customers. Step up customer service especially when someone spends over 300.00 Not good
