Mrs. Shawna in the printing department is incredible. She stopped the dozen other printing jobs she had going to help me put together a presentation. Everybody was very attentive. It was honestly refreshing! THANK YOU!

Not impressed with Shawna in the printing department. I spent half an hour in the store waiting for her to find my order. Armed with a order number, a confirmation email, and patience- it was much too long to get assistance when there were no other customers in the store. Disorganized and not well staffed. Take your print job elsewhere.

Great store and the staff personnel are very attentive!🖒I meant to mention Ms. Crystal individually who always goes the extra mile!

This store displayed no customer service. There were multiple people working but no one offered to help. I was looking to buy two office chairs, was in the store for 25 minutes, and no one stopped to check on us or see what we needed. As I was leaving the store an associate finally asked us did we have any questions. But my foot was already out the door, so it was a little too late. I don't expect jumping through hoops, but I do expect customer service when I'm spending my money.
