I purchased a couple products the other day and went back today to return the one I didn’t need. The process was quick and smooth. Meka, the representative who helped me, was kind and informative. Thanks!

The store is clean and the shelves are organized however the prices are very high a little to high most of the products you can get else where for half the cost. The staff is half and half some of them are very friendly and eager to help others seem annoyed to have to do there job and are very rude to you like you are inconveniencing them. I suggest shopping else where unless you know what you want and want it from here.

I asked the customerservice clerk for shipping tape and he instructed me to place the box on the counter, and he would tape the box. He did not tape the box and the shipping label was placed in the torn label pocket for the package to be shipped to me. The box had a new computer that was being sent back to HSN. I took pictures of the shipping label, because he said he could not give me a receipt to verify the return of the computer. His service was terrible, he was not honest, and the computer could have been taken out of the shipping box. The customer service clerk did not ship my package to HSN.

Nice store overall, but Melanie at the copy desk is always very rude and seems annoyed to do her job. Makes me dread visiting.
