Office Depot

One person: Joshua I came in to ship a book back to Amazon for free, and ended up shopping. Joshua was clearly running the show, walking quickly with purpose everywhere, but with a kindness. I watched him walk another customers plastic desk mat out to his car. I was purchasing an on sale flash drive, and they only had a the previous model. Before i could finish my sentence about the price he began typing in the discount. Its not hard to see great, fast customer service and hard work when it happens in your face.

I had a great experience at my Office Depot today. Great teck support help with my laptop and very friendly atmosphere here.

Young African American male cashier was distracted with checking his cellphone and looking towards the back of the building today to provide good customer service. After the transaction he hands me the receipt and said, "here you go". I looked at him and said " you're welcome". He in turn looked back at me with a puzzled look and I said " are you going to thank me for spending my money". I left before he could answer.

Went in to purchase tax we and stopped to look at computers. Salesperson was very knowledgeable and easy to talk with. Will definitely consider returning when we are ready to purchase.
