Office Depot

Store, overall - okay, I never had a problem there. But I was recommended recently to purchase items (almost 500 dollar total of desk and chair) I will save everyone the time and spare you all from my long wall of text from previous edits. Just avoid online service. Just buy it at the store, pick it up with your truck/rental truck, and go home with it. I had terrible experience of wrong date/time, wrong item delivery, no one able to update, and ultimately I ended asking for refund. All this process took numerous text message exchanges, 2-3 emails, and several phone calls with Office Depot and "XPO" (delivery service they use). All of this took 1-2 months to get my money back. My time wasted on this issue was just painful. Thankfully I won't have this experience again with Office Depot.

Chris the assistant manager gave excellent customer service! He gave detail information in what we needed and took his time.

Line was really long to check out. Doesn't seem like they were well prepared to handle customers and the increase in sales for back to school. Not all registers were open. Amazing!

Be prepared to wait 30 minutes to just print out something. Also I saw the manager just walk away while 5 people were waiting in line. Terrible customer service!
