Do not buy anything online and have it shipped or picked up from this store. I sympathize with Office Depot having some sort of computer problem. But I ordered 3 printer cartridges online to be picked up at the store. Between the customer service on the phone who said she saw my order and that it was processing to the in-store customer service manager who said my order was cancelled... complete ineptitude. I bought the products online and my account clearly shows the payment being deducted, but apparently someone or the computer itself labeled my purchase as “cash.” So the store said I needed to purchase the cartridges again. Why would I do that? I already have a receipt and confirmation. Austin, a store sales tech person behind the counter — not in uniform — starts talking to me about how this is why he doesn’t buy things online. Dude, who cares what you do or what you tell people. It’s a service of Office Depot which means I should be able to use it. He then says the previous charge will probably drop off anyway... well, the support person on the phone said i would have to dispute my first charge and repurchase. Why?!!! Austin pipes up and says if the system didn’t work it’s because something is wrong with my card (ie. supposed lack of money). Oh, so now for whatever reason Office Depot and Austin make this whole thing my fault. Not having it. I told him he shouldn’t even be talking to me because he was out of uniform. He would not give me his name and then I took his picture and he said that’s not allowed either. Oh well. He eventually gave me his name. Probably cause he knew I might post his picture all over the internet for being rude!!! My problem now is that he was rude, should not have made this computer processing thing my fault and now I want an apology from Office a Depot and I want my order on the house. All this trouble for three ink cartridges. Do not go here if you order online. According to Austin, this happens all the time (10-15 times that he knows of.) If they can’t get their system to properly account for orders, why would anyone ever deal with them. Such a waste of my time!!!

This store always seems to have staffing problems (especially at lunchtime when customers are trying to get something accomplished in a short time.) The staff is wonderful, friendly and professional; and it is absolutely unfair to them to under-staff the store to the point where customers lose their patience.

I made a order for flyers to be printed on 01/25/2018 to be picked up on 01/26/2018. I selected to receive a text notification when my order was ready to be picked up. I received a text around 2pm stating that my order was ready to be picked up. I arrived at the store around 5pm. First I stand at counter for several minutes before I was even greeted. At least 10 minutes then a worker finally said do you need something. Not the best greeting but ill take it. This worker and the other workers behind the counter have no idea what i'm there to pick up. After searching for several minutes they find my order laying on the counter, not finished printing. Then they blame another worker that isn't present for not finishing the prints. The workers then have problems printing and ask me if i think they are using the wrong paper or something. How would I know? Finally they finish. They had me the flyers and 'even apologize for taking forever or not finishing my work prior to me getting there. They wouldn't explain to me why my work wasn't finished. So I leave the store after taking a quick glance at the work. Looks fine with just a quick look. I then get to the event that the flyers are for. The PRINT is CROOKED. I recommend staying away from the place.

Craig is always very helpful. Today I was in a big hurry. I called Craig ahead of time and he had my order waiting for me at the checkout. This young man is an asset to your company.
